do want to quit smoking and they are waiting for that auspicious day eagerly.
But still quitting the smoking becomes impossible for them. They do try but

withdrawal effects without giving thought to their long term benefits. They
never think that pleasures, comforts and enjoyment that they are getting from

that we experience 60,000 thoughts a day. Unfortunately most people give rise
to the negative ones in that percentage.

must pen down what you think about smoking and its quitting. In general most
people including smokers are against smoking. Things will start working
